    Sour cherry rocks!

    I can’t attest to how effective of an electrolyte this is, but I can say that it tastes better than any other electrolyte I’ve tried.

    Hydrating Electrolytes

    The Trevi hydration powder mix makes it easy to get yourself hydrated. It has a lot of flavor in each packet, so consider using less at first, just so you can control it and the surge of flavor doesn`t shock you. I put it in 16oz of water, and it was quite potent. I`m so used to drinking plain water that drink mixes can be a lot for me. You can use it with more water for a more subtle flavor. The flavor is good otherwise, and the powder dissolves quickly and easily. It has no aftertaste that I noticed.
