At Trevi, we are committed to providing premium electrolyte products designed to support your hydration and well-being. Due to food safety reasons, all sales are final, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us within 60 days of your purchase at support@drinktrevi.com.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item. Our customer care team will ask you for photo documentation of the damage or defect and your order number.
