We have tried a lot of hydration drinks in search of one that is low in calories and not too high in sodium and Trevi Everyday Hydration is our go-to. We have favorite flavors - mine is raspberry, his is coconut.
We were struggling with leg cramps at night and we find the leg cramps are much improved when we drink Trevi Everyday Hydration at bedtime.

The raspberry is my favorite flavor, but here lately the packets do not seem to have the same amount of powder in them as before. The taste is weaker and im using the same size bottles of water that I have always used. Kind of disappointed.
