During this time of year, hydration is extremely important. and in my opinion, this is one of the best. While other brands taste fake or are low (or even have none) in electrolytes, these have enough electrolytes to keep you hydrated even more during the day. Mix this with 32oz (or if you only have 16oz water bottles around, those are fine too) and this is a must have for the hot summer months if you are out and about and exercising.

I tried the berry lemonade flavor. Between family and friends, opinions on the taste were mixed. It dissolves well, and as someone who monitors blood sugar closely, I appreciated that the sugar-free formula didn't cause any spikes. The cost is a bit on the higher side, but overall, it's a solid option'four stars from me.

These are great! Super tasty, and makes drinking water fun. I appreciate that they don't have so much sodium that I feel bad drinking multiple in a day. Good value, and I love that it contains things like magnesium. I bring them hiking and dump them into my water bottle and don't pay too much attention to whether or not the ratio of water to product is accurate, and the flavor is always strong and delicious and not diluted at all!
