If you’re looking to get your electrolytes, this is a good way to do it. I love drinking electrolytes before bed. I sleep way better, don’t wake up thirsty, and don’t wake up to pee. Trevi is the tastiest option I’ve found. I drank an entire pack in 8-12 oz of water and didn’t feel like I was drinking salt water, which is how a lot of the other electrolyte drinks taste. My wife likes the taste, too.
Glad I found this one and I highly recommend it.

The berry lemonade is by far my favorite. Taste good and I love the way it makes me feel better. I drink a gallon of water a day, but always still felt dehydrated. This help with that I drink one every night before bed.

Trevi is REALLY good. We did the multi pack first to try them all. Berry Lemonade takes the cake at #1. Closely followed by Raspberry and Lemon Lime. The only non-winner for us was the Orange. It tasted too much like a vitamin drink, and just didn’t quench the thirst like the others.
The packets are such a good size and in fact, I usually use half in my 22oz Summit, and a full in my 40oz Trek. The Simple Modern cups are perfect for these too because with one rinse out, you don’t have a lingering taste.
We have already reordered and will be in the future!
