If you’re looking to get your electrolytes, this is a good way to do it. I love drinking electrolytes before bed. I sleep way better, don’t wake up thirsty, and don’t wake up to pee. Trevi is the tastiest option I’ve found. I drank an entire pack in 8-12 oz of water and didn’t feel like I was drinking salt water, which is how a lot of the other electrolyte drinks taste. My wife likes the taste, too.

so far my favorite flavor i've tried. I have tried raspberry, lemon line, and berry lemonade and berry lemonade is the top one so far! such a good flavor! f you struggle with drinking enough water, these flavoring packets can for sure help!
