Phosphate and citrate forms are gentler on the stomach and improve absorption vs. potassium chloride.

Magnesium Citrate

Magnesium Citrate is far more bioavailable and easier to digest vs. Magnesium oxide form has poor absorption.

Calcium Citrate

Just ok
I used half a packet when adding to a 16-oz bottle of water. Otherwise it was too strong & sweet tasting.
I probably won't be buying it as it is expensive. But thanks for the sample.
