Your purchase will be protected by our limited lifetime warranty. If your product is defective please email support@drinktrevi.com for assistance.
Standard shipping orders average 4-8 business days from the time of shipment in the contiguous US.
TREVI does not currently ship products internationally. We are working to launch international shipments in 2025. If you live outside of the United States and want TREVI, please email support@drinktrevi.com to let us know where we should go next.
Orders will typically ship in 3-5 business days. Depending on which products you order, products could come separately from different fulfillment centers.
Many non-defective products purchased on drinktrevi.com can be returned to TREVI for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Large orders and frequent returns may be subject to restocking fees. Limited edition drops are not eligible for return.
Send an email to support@drinktrevi.com and request a pre-paid shipping label to use for return. Your order will be refunded upon receipt at our warehouse.
Never place our products in the microwave as this could cause damage to your product and/or your microwave. We also do not recommend that you place your product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of your product.
