Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

• Non-defective products purchased from Simple Modern can be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Limited edition drops and personalized or custom engraved orders are not eligible for returns.
• Canadian purchases are not eligible for returns.

Restocking Fees:

• Large orders and frequent returns may be subject to restocking fees.

Return Process:

1. Email [email protected] to request a pre-paid shipping label.
2. Use the label to return your item.
3. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse.
